Earthing Sheets Are The Top Cool Product

I wasn’t looking for cool stuff when I learned about Earthing Sheets. I received an email from David Wolfe referring to a book called Earthing.

One thing that stood out about David’s email is he was recommending this book, and noted, he wasn’t getting paid for doing it. He just thought this book was one of the most important books to read.

Well—This got my attention.  Earthing was about how being grounded was healing.  Being grounded was nothing new to me, as I’d practiced yoga and meditation; and “being grounded” was a term that was tossed around pretty loosely in those circles.

The type of grounding referred to in the Earthing book isn’t the loose term.  Earthing is all about how being grounded to the earth can reduce pain and inflammation by providing the body with free electrons.

I own Earthing sheets (gr0unding sheets) now and I attribute positive changes in my health to the use of this technology.  The Earthing sheets I’m referring to are actually an Earthing Fitted Sheet that’s threaded with silver wire.  The sheet has an insulated silver wire that connects to it and plugs into the ground hole of an electrical outlet.

Cool Stuff To Buy

CAUTION!!!  Don’t try to create a device like this if your not an expert in electricity, as you could kill or seriously injure yourself, if you don’t know what you are doing.

Clint Ober, who discovered Earthing, has had a number of earthing devices manufactured, which are completely safe to use and have helped a number of people reduce or alleviate pain.  There are a number of other benefits that have been observed and reported in studies conducted by Clint Ober and his team.

This is no joke and Grounding sheets definitely make my list of Cool Stuff for everyone.  You can learn more about Earthing or buy Earthing Products by clicking on any of the links on this page.

It’s well worth trying an earthing device and I’ll bet you’ll want to keep it.
